Founded in 2006 the Historic Anacostia Block Association (HABA) invites all Historic Anacostia residents - both new and established - to join the Association in promoting the welfare of our neighborhood.
HABA meetings are held the second Thursday or Tuesday of each month from 7:00pm to 9:00pm at the UPO Community Service Center at 1649 Good Hope Rd SE.
