Last month we participated in a SOLD OUT program at the District
Architecture Center with representatives from Dupont Underground and
Philadelphia's VIADUCTgreene project. Thanks to everyone who attended!
It was wonderful to meet so many supporters. We filmed part of the
program (an overview of the 11th Street Bridge Park) which has been
uploaded to our website:
http://thearcdc.org/partners-programs/partners/11th-street-bridge-park.
Thanks to Heming Nelson of 4Site Studios for filming & editing!
We are working on some new artistic renderings of the Bridge Park
reflecting our current thinking about the project. The final designs
will be different of course after we go through a nation-wide design
competition, but having these images helps to visualize the Bridge
Park's potential. As soon as these are complete, we'll be sure to
upload them to our website.
We continue to fund raise to support the design competition, implement
a health impact assessment and an economic development analysis.
You can help support the Bridge Park today by making a tax deductible
donation: https://org2.democracyinaction.org/o/6480/p/salsa/donation/common/public/?donate_page_KEY=9237
As always, please give a call / e-mail with any questions or thoughts.
Thanks for your continued support!
