On September 4, 2013, DHCD facilitated a public meeting to allow Developer Tim Chapman, and his team, to provide Ward 8 residents, ANC Commissioners, community leaders, business owners and other interested stakeholders with a progress report on the Big K Site (2228, 2234, 2238, and 2252 MLK Jr. Ave SE).
