Welcome 'Good Spread' to the neighborhood -- buy some peanut butter!

In Anacostia it is true, "the more the merrier." We love welcoming new residents, new friends, new organizations, and new businesses to our neighborhood. It is that combination of old and new that makes our neighborhood have such a rich history and a bright future. Anacostia really is like a village, everyone here knows your face if not your name.

Today we welcome some new faces and they have brought a yummy treat: Peanut butter! 

Please join The HIVE 2.0, Anacostia's small business incubator, in welcoming their newest member, Good Spread to the neighborhood! Good Spread, brought to you by Alex Cox and Mark Slagle, is a small business that makes and sells peanut butter! Based in Tennessee, Good Spread has now expanded to Washington, D.C. and they chose Anacostia as their new home! You can find Good Spread at The HIVE 2.0 located at 1231-B Good Hope Rd SE.

As if that wasn't enough reason to smile Good Spread not only makes a delicious product they also help those in need.
