Located at 2027 Martin Luther King Jr. Ave SE in the heart of the Historic Anacostia Business District in Washington, D.C., The Hive is located on two floors in a Federal and District of Columbia government enterprise community and a Federal Small Business Administration - HUB Zone.  These designations allow a company to receive preferential consideration when applying for Federal or District of Columbia contracts.
